Montessori School Set Up Services
Setting up a Montessori school involves a number of key steps, from initial planning to daily operations. The process includes:
- Planning and Vision: Evaluating the community to ensure the school's mission aligns with local needs, wants, and resources. This also includes determining the type of programming, such as full-day or half-day options, and whether it will be a faith-based or language immersion school.
- Physical Space and Materials: Considering land and building requirements, and deciding whether to lease, buy, build, or renovate a facility. The ideal Montessori classroom should be safe, beautiful, and inviting, with well-organized furnishings and distinct curricular areas.
- Finances and Legal Matters: Initial expenses can include property costs, construction, renovations, legal and financial services, and Montessori materials. Legal considerations involve school type, lease agreements, and compliance with state and local regulations for zoning, licensing, and health and safety.
- Staffing: Hiring administrators, facility managers, and teachers who meet state-mandated student-to-teacher ratios. It also involves hiring specialists like art teachers and speech therapists.

Montessori Home School Curriculum
The Montessori curriculum for children is built around five key areas of study:
- Practical Life: This area includes exercises and activities that children observe in daily life to develop their independence, concentration, and fine motor skills. Activities can include pouring, spooning, sweeping, and washing tables.
- Sensorial: This curriculum helps children refine their senses through materials that teach them about colors, shapes, textures, weights, and dimensions. Sensorial work also prepares children for other subjects like mathematics and language by teaching them how to classify and sort.
- Mathematics: Children learn about numbers, quantities, and arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) using hands-on materials. Example materials include number rods, golden beads, and stamp games.
- Language: The language curriculum builds vocabulary and understanding through hands-on materials and activities. Children learn letter sounds (phonics), letter formation, and how to combine sounds to make words.
- Culture: This curriculum covers a range of subjects, including geography, botany, zoology, science, history, music, and art. It helps children understand their community, their world, and their social responsibilities. The curriculum is often referred to as the "Cosmic Curriculum" for elementary-aged children.

Accreditation Services
Accreditation is the process of assessing an organization's competence and conformity to established standards. Accreditation services are provided by independent third-party bodies that verify an organization's management systems, processes, and personnel. These services are used across various industries, including education, where they are essential for ensuring credibility, standardization, and the quality of an institution. Accreditation can be a requirement for program eligibility and is a key factor for a school's public reputation. For example, the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) provides accreditation for higher education institutions in India.
